Returns

At Brass, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
